I am Francis Kariuki and my learning institution is Tigithi secondary school. We are now on holiday and schools have closed. The term has been good to me and I have performed well in my exams. Last term I had a mean grade of B- but this time I have improved and scored an A- . For me it is an improvement but I know I have not done my best. Am aiming for a grade A next term and I know this is possible because my life in school has settled after the generous support by PA-MOJA .
This term was great to me in the field of sports. I was very happy because I qualified to be in the squad of our school football team and I helped our school win the tournament. I am a member of our school science group and our teachers have helped us a lot in research as well as teaching us. Next term we are planning to make an electric motor and am hoping this will improve my knowledge in the field of physics. Physics is my passion and my dream is to join the university and do mechanical engineering.
In the course of the year I was very privileged to meet the PA-MOJA team. I also had a chance to visit Ol Pejeta conservancy early in the year and I saw the big five for the first time in my life. I also met other sponsored students and even made new friends and shared experiences in school and outside school.
I thank God for giving me a fantastic year and also thank the PA-MOJA team for the great commitment in my education.
MERRY CHRISTMAS
