INTRODUCTION:
Anastashia was born in 2007. She is the fourth born of five children. Her parents are casual labourers who look for odd jobs to make ends meet. Anastashia attended Jane Goodall African Academy for her primary education and she got 320 marks on her KCPE. This grade got her admitted to Kisima Girls High School for her secondary education.
Anastashia says that this scholarship will benefit her community because “when I will be done with my education, I will inspire and encourage others of the well being of education”. Her principal speaks very highly of Anastashia saying that she is ‘a disciplined student who is very hardworking and she also has leadership skills’. Anastashia is also involved in football, netball, volleyball and music.
We are very excited to have Anastashia as part of the PA-MOJA scholarship program her all the best as she starts her high school journey.
