My name is James Macharia, and I’ve been a Grant Accountant for Ol Pejeta Conservancy since June 2015. Since this day, I have been actively participating in a project supported by PA-MOJA by submitting a monthly financial report for their account. More precisely, I am in charge of accounting and administrative responsibilities such as data collection and analysis, financial statement preparation and processing, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, and handling taxes.
I believe that granting bursaries to potential young students is a good approach to invest in Kenya’s future.
I’m in line with PA-MOJA’s goal of enhancing and nurturing the talents of Africa’s young, particularly those facing financial constraints to education and skill development.
